Key responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Conduct high-level market analysis to define long-term product needs and opportunities across three distinct global regions.
  
• Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product range for each geographical location, coordinating closely with sales and development teams to master market positioning and large-scale new product launches.
  
• Technical Excellence: Design and implement region-specific trial plans, providing expert oversight to local subsidiaries and distributors across all assigned international territories.
  
• Performance Validation: Synthesize complex trial data, ensure rigorous reporting, and serve as the final authority on product advancement throughout the pipeline.
  
• Operational & Pricing Strategy: Develop accurate forecasts for pre-commercial varieties, conduct deep-dive benchmarking, and define regional pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
  
• Commercial & Key Account Support: Lead product promotions and technical negotiations with high-priority Key Accounts.
  
• Sales Optimization: Monitor and analyze sales forecasts, ensuring the commercial success of new variety launches.
  
• International Mobility: Dedicate approximately 40% of your time to international travel for field evaluations, stakeholder meetings, and trial oversight (subject to local labor regulations).

• Education: Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering.
  
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, including a proven track record in a similar Product Management position focusing on vegetable seed development and portfolio management.
  
• Technical Expertise: Deep, specialized knowledge of vegetable crops and their performance across varied climatic conditions.
  
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory (Minimum B1/B2 level). Fluency in Spanish, French, Arabic, Berber, Italian is also preferred and will be considered a major asset.
  
• Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to operate with high autonomy in an international environment.
  
• Other: Valid Driver’s License (Category B).
