At Yuksel Seeds we are looking for a Technical Sales & Development Representative to drive our growth in Sonora and Baja California, Mexico.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the development of new varieties and field demonstration trials.
  • Promote and position our commercial portfolio in the region.
  • Prospect new customers and strategic distributors.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: sales, collections, and customer loyalty.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales follow-up to key clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and report results to management.

What we are looking

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vegetable seed sales and development
  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Agronomy or related field.
  • Based in Sonora or willing to relocate.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid passport and visa.
  • Intermediate English (spoken and written).
